LOYALTY & CX - SINGAPORE 28/08/26
In August, the S350 Loyalty & CX Club will hold its first-ever meeting in Singapore, becoming a landmark event for the Asian professional community in loyalty marketing, CRM, and customer experience management. As part of the meeting, the inaugural awards ceremony for the Loyalty & CX Awards Asia will take place.

The program will feature a business agenda followed by a formal awards ceremony.
During the business sessions, award nominees and winners will deliver presentations showcasing their cases, technological solutions, and practical insights, highlighting best practices in customer experience development and loyalty program innovation across Asian markets.

The highlight of the meeting will be the Loyalty & CX Awards Asia winners’ ceremony, during which laureates will receive commemorative trophies and diplomas in recognition of their achievements.

Singapore will become the first S350 Loyalty & CX Club location in Asia and a new focal point for regional dialogue, knowledge exchange, and the strengthening of an international professional community shaping the future of customer experience and loyalty marketing.
